What's The Deal?

A few months ago I was watching TV and saw a commercial for a hearing amplifier that looked like a cell phone ear piece.

I thought that was the coolest idea and I ordered one to see if I could track down a source to buy it.

I got it and couldn't believe how horrible it was. There was no way I could even contemplate putting this on our site.

Last month I got a sample of a different brand that was the same idea. First thing I noticed was that this item had a retail price of $39.99... almost double the TV one (but of course we're offering it to you at $29.99 or even less).

As I looked at it I quickly realized why. First this was a kit.

It came with a rechargeable battery and the charger. The other one you had to use batteries... and it wouldn't be long before that would get expensive.

It also came with multiple, soft-tip earbuds so you could make sure it fits properly and a volume control.

And the last thing I noticed is the quality. It was so much better. Felt nicer, fit in the ear better. And the sound was so much better. Now I don't need help hearing (not yet anyway) but I could tell how much clearer the voices were.
